Emily uses R daily at the LIBD, where she analyzes a range of institute projects under Andrew Jaffe. She is interested in packages that help with genomic analyses and visualization methods for transcriptomic and epigenetic research including RNA-sequencing and DNA methylation data. She is a co-founder of the LIBD rstats club.
